This is Scripture Roundtable 132 from The Interpreter Foundation, in which we discuss the New Testament Gospel Doctrine Lesson #34, “Keep the Ordinances, As I Delivered Them” focusing on scriptures in 1 Corinthians 11-15, bringing in various insights to help us better understand the scriptures. These roundtables will generally follow the 2015 Gospel Doctrine schedule of scriptures, a few weeks ahead of time.

  1. Often in your discussions, books and authors are mentioned. I would love to to have them listed. Over the years, as I have come to rely on the insights and good common sense of the members of your panels (thank you, my dear weekly friends), I find that these additional sources are not ones to which I would normally have been exposed, but which have made me think, and broadened my outlook. I just hate being distracted from the lesson while trying to catch the details of the references. Again, you have made a lovely difference in my understanding, and I greatly appreciate your time and insight (and the years you have spent studying). Thank you very much.
